April's position report marks the ninth month of the 2024/2025 marketing year. Crop receipts to date: 2,708,870,140 lbs up +11.05% over last year.

April's new crop receipts bring the 2024 Total Marketable Supply to 3,157,342,938 lbs, down -1.05% over last year.

April's total shipments: 241,102,479 lbs, down -0.16% from April last year and up +8.91% from March shipments.

Total new sales for April: 192,549,132 lbs down -11.93% over April 2024 new sales of 218,625,283 lbs.

As it stands, the median forecast Bountiful released on April 12, 2024, is the best performing forecast for the 2024 season. Not just for Bountiful, but against all forecasts released by the Industry.
